My dealer recently quoted one for me. He says he is selling it for $50 over his cost. The warranty price does goes up $100 for each year the car ages before you buy it. That would add about $300 to the new car price.

| ALLEY CAT | Tangled - since you waited until the end of the factory warranty, that doesn't sound too bad but try to get a no-deductible or $50 deductable for that price range. You'll then feel better! |

SuperD, Yes, I did:
- Max-Care
- Zero deductible.
- Added-on car rental coverage (also works during the 3/36, also covers rental during maintenance visits) - GRReat addition, strongly recommend it.
- Added-on tire road hazard - really too limited to be of any real value. At the time, I was figuring on 24,000 miles/year, but then I transferred to a more local job. I should hit the 36,000 mark in about 2 weeks, which will be 34 months. - GRROWL |

| roadster | I received two quotes for 7 YEAR 50,000 mile w/50ded. The big city price in Seattle was $1370. the price in small town Ephrata was $970. Amazing how the prices vary. This is the maximum care plan. |

| Racer X | I got my max care 7/50 $0 deductable within the 1st year of ownership for $885 from Fred John at Causeway Chrysler. But my car came with the 7/100 powertrain warranty so that makes it cheaper. Also Fred left the dealership right after I got it.... the current manager there told me Fred sold it to me at $300. BELOW cost. I doubt that is true...But they already cashed my check and submitted it, so too late for him...LOL ------------------
